Lisa M. Albano
Lisa M. Albano, is a graduate of New York University and has over 25 years of experience in the homecare services industry. During her career, Lisa has held various executive positions in the home health care, managed long-term care, infusion therapy, physician and medical staffing industries. Previously, Lisa served as COO of a large Greater New York City licensed Home Care and Nursing company, Vice President of a National Clinical Staffing Company, and Director at a leading Medicaid Managed Long Term Care Company. Creating Your Life and Care, Ltd. was a natural next step.
Geriatric Care Manager & Social Worker
Jane Levey
Jane Levey is a graduate of Hunter College with a degree in social work and has worked in the long term care industry for over 25 years. Through interaction and discovery, she assesses the activities that the client enjoyed in the past, ie, opera, theater, reading, travel. Then she tries to incorporate activities, exercises, outings and programs that will provide cognitive and emotional benefit. She tries to meet the client where they are and maximize their experience. Her goal is for each individual regardless of cognitive status or physical limitations to obtain joy within their life, and find daily activities that will provide stimulation, purpose and positivity.

Eileen is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with over 30 years of clinical expertise in the New York market. Eileen's calming demeanor and experience fosters trust and relationships with even the most challenging clients.
Excercise Physiologist
Klaus Blaschke
Klaus is an NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers) certified personal trainer and is also an advanced pilates instructor. He incorporates eastern and western styles into his training methods. Clients love his upbeat style and motivational skills. He also holds certificates in post and pre-natal training. Klaus emphasizes functional training and proper posture performance to achieve the best outcome.
